Terms of Use

These terms govern the relationship between LunaPCOS ("we") and you, the person using the LunaPCOS app (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the App.

1. What the App is

The App is an information and personal tracking tool offering cycle tracking, period and ovulation predictions, daily check-ins, height and weight tracking, water tracking, articles and recipes.

The App is not a medical device. It must not be used for diagnosis, treatment or contraception. See the Medical Disclaimer for details.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the App.
• You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your sign-in details confidential.
• Tell us straight away if you notice unauthorised use of your account.
• You can delete your account at any time under Profile › Delete Account Permanently.

3. Price

The App is currently free. If paid features are added later, prices and terms will be shown clearly before you buy; purchases are subject to the App Store or Google Play terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the App for unlawful purposes,
• compromise the security of the App or our servers, reverse engineer it, or scrape data with automated tools,
• use someone else's account or open an account on someone else's behalf,
• copy the content without permission or distribute it commercially.

5. Content and intellectual property

• Articles and recipes are general information based on current guidelines. Even so, don't change your diet, medication or treatment without consulting a health professional about your own situation.
• The App's design, software, text and images belong to us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• The data you enter belongs to you. We process it only for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of liability

• Predictions are statistical estimates based on your past records and can be wrong.
• We don't guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free; maintenance or technical issues may cause temporary outages.
• To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect losses arising from decisions made in reliance on the App. Liability for intent or gross negligence and your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

7. Changes and termination

• We may update these terms. We'll announce material changes in the App before they take effect.
• You can end this agreement at any time by deleting your account.
• If you seriously breach these terms, we may suspend or close your account.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For consumer disputes, consumer arbitration committees have jurisdiction within the statutory monetary limits, and consumer courts above them. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
